If your bike needs fixing and you live or work in Santa Ana, you don't have to leave the city. Veloaded's repair bench is at 3420 W MacArthur Blvd Suite B, in the southwest corner of Santa Ana near the Costa Mesa and Fountain Valley lines. Edgar Rodriguez, our founder and master builder, runs the shop and the service bench.
Santa Ana riders bring us the full range: commuters whose brakes no longer stop well, river-trail riders with another flat, club riders on carbon race bikes with a creak they can't find, and triathletes getting ready for a season. We look the bike over with you and go through the work and the price before anything starts, and you can wait with a drink or a good cup of coffee if the job allows.

Repairs Santa Ana riders ask for most
- Flats, tires and tubeless — Glass on the river trail and city streets is the most common reason Santa Ana riders stop by. We fix flats, replace tires and tubes, and set up or refresh tubeless. Book this
- Brakes that stop again — Spongy hydraulic levers get a bleed with fresh fluid; rim and mechanical disc brakes get pads, rotor truing and caliper alignment. Book this · More
- Commuter wear: chains, cables, housing — Year-round commuters wear chains and cables faster than weekend riders. Ask us to check chain wear at drop-off; fresh cables and housing bring back crisp shifting and braking. Book this
- Creaks and bottom brackets — Creak hunting is bench work, not guesswork: press-fit and threaded bottom brackets, headsets and other bearings are inspected and serviced or replaced, quoted on inspection. Book this
- Tune-ups before a big ride — A tune-up covers the safety check, shifting and brake adjustment, drivetrain lube and bolts torqued to spec. Book this · More
Santa Ana sits between the county's car-free river path and the canyon roads to the east, so a lot of bikes here do both: flat trail miles during the week, Santiago Canyon on the weekend. Tell us how you ride when you book. Trail miles wear tires and chains; canyon descents wear brake pads and cook old fluid.
