Aliso Viejo sits above Aliso Creek, and the Aliso Creek corridor is the local spine for path and trail riding, linking toward Aliso and Wood Canyons Wilderness Park and the coastal canyons. On weekends, gravel and mountain bikes head for the canyon networks toward Laguna Beach and Laguna Coast Wilderness. Canyon trails often close after rain, so check before you go.

Dusty canyon days and steep descents mean brake and drivetrain service. Aliso Viejo riders commonly book a tune-up, a hydraulic brake bleed or a tubeless refresh. We're an independent, owner-run shop in Santa Ana, and we look the bike over with you and confirm the work and price before anything starts.

Getting your bike to the shop from Aliso Viejo

About 15.9 miles by road from Aliso Viejo City Hall (12 Journey) (13.9 miles in a straight line). Approximate: computed from OpenStreetMap coordinates and routing data. Traffic and your exact start point change it.

From Aliso Viejo City Hall (12 Journey): the fastest route in our map data takes Aliso Creek Rd to the 73 (San Joaquin Hills toll road) north for about 9.5 miles, then the Corona del Mar Fwy (also signed 73) to the Fairview Rd exit. No toll: take the I-5 north to the 405 north and exit at Fairview Rd or Harbor Blvd, then go north to MacArthur. It usually takes a little longer.

Repairs Aliso Viejo riders ask for most

  • Hydraulic brake bleeds — Steep canyon descents heat brake fluid. A bleed with fresh fluid restores a firm lever. Book this · More
  • Tubeless refresh — Dry sealant and dusty trails mean slow leaks. Sealant refresh, valve service and tubeless installs. Book this · More
  • Tune-ups — Safety check, shifting and brake adjustment, drivetrain lube and bolts torqued to spec. Book this · More
  • Mountain and gravel bikes — Dust gets everywhere. A full service for bikes ridden hard on mixed terrain; checklist confirmed at drop-off. Book this
  • Professional bike fit — Long canyon days show up any fit problem. We offer full professional bike fits. Book this · More

If one bike does both Aliso Creek pavement and canyon dirt, tell us when you book. Tire pressure, sealant and pad compound choices differ between the two, and we'll set it up for your mix. After a muddy or dusty day, a rinse and a re-lube go a long way before you bring it in.
