Los Angeles County has no shortage of places to look at a new road bike. If you want a Cervélo, though, the shop you buy it from matters as much as the model you choose: someone has to get the size right, build the bike properly and be there when it needs service. Veloaded Cyclery is that shop for a lot of riders from Long Beach, Lakewood, Cerritos, Whittier and farther north. We're one shop, at 3420 W MacArthur Blvd Suite B in Santa Ana, just north of the 405, and we're upfront that it's a drive. For southeast LA County it's a shorter one than most people expect.

Which Cervélo for LA County riding?

Cervélo's current road, gravel and triathlon range on cervelo.com includes these families. Here's how they map onto the riding LA County riders actually do:

  • S5, the aero race bike: fast group rides, flat river trails and coast roads where speed on the flat matters most.
  • R5, the lightweight climber: the Palos Verdes hills, Turnbull Canyon above Whittier, and long days in the San Gabriel Mountains.
  • Soloist, the aero all-rounder: one fast bike for riders who do a bit of everything.
  • Caledonia, endurance road with room for wider tires: long days and city streets that are rougher than they should be.
  • Áspero, gravel race: dirt roads and mixed-surface loops.
  • P-series (P5), triathlon and time trial.

Models, builds and colors change from season to season, so ask what can be ordered now. Our guide to choosing a Cervélo goes deeper, and the main Cervélo dealer Orange County page covers the full buying process.

Why LA County riders buy their Cervélo from us

  • An authorized dealer. Veloaded is a proud authorized Cervélo dealer, and also an authorized dealer of Pinarello and Colnago, so you can compare all three in one conversation.
  • Sizing and professional fits. We go through frame size (stack and reach) with you before anything is ordered, and we offer full professional bike fits to dial in your position on the finished bike. See professional bike fitting.
  • Built in-house. Edgar Rodriguez, our Founder & Master Builder, builds the bike, torques everything to spec and sets up the cockpit and shifting before you ride it.
  • Upgrades at build time. Wheels from ENVE, Princeton or Scope, CeramicSpeed bearings, power meters and saddle choices can all go on during the build. See custom builds.
  • Service afterward. Di2 and AXS updates, brake bleeds and tune-ups on the same bench that built it.

How buying a Cervélo works from LA County

  1. Start with a quote request. Send a Cervélo quote request or call (714) 760-4908. Tell us where you ride, your height or current frame size, and your budget.
  2. Talk sizing. We go through size and setup with you before anything is ordered, by phone first if that saves you a trip.
  3. Quote, then order. You get a quote first. Nothing is ordered until you say yes.
  4. Build and pick-up. We build and set up the bike, then go through it with you when you collect it.
  5. Ride, then service. Bring it back after the first rides for a check, and for regular service.
