Does Veloaded serve riders outside Orange County?

Yes. We have one shop, in Santa Ana, and riders come to us from Orange County, Los Angeles County, San Diego County, the Inland Empire and San Bernardino County.

Some drive in for service, a custom build or a full professional fit. Others ship their bike, frame or wheels to the shop by arrangement: call (714) 760-4908 or email [email protected] first to open a service ticket and ask about return shipping details. See our county guides for Los Angeles, San Diego, the Inland Empire and San Bernardino.

What is Veloaded Cyclery like as a shop?

Veloaded Cyclery is a small, welcoming space, not a big-box store. You can have a coffee while you wait and talk through your bike with the person who will actually work on it: Edgar Rodriguez, our Founder & Master Builder.

The shop is built on honesty, loyalty, faith and a genuine desire to help. In practice that means we tell you what your bike needs and what it doesn't, we ask before doing extra work, and we'd rather have you as a rider we look after for years than make a one-time sale. Our tagline is "For Riders Who Expect More." More than a bike shop. A cycling community. Call (714) 760-4908 or stop by at 3420 W MacArthur Blvd Suite B, Santa Ana, CA 92704.
