The Coachella Valley has become a serious riding destination, with flat, fast valley miles, desert climbs and a winter season that brings riders in from all over. Many people who ride there split their year between the desert and the coast, and some already know us from Orange County.
We're about 100 road miles away, which is a long day. So we're upfront about it: we're the right call for a premium new bike, a custom build or a full professional fit, planned as one visit, and for service you can ship to us between visits.
Riding in the Coachella Valley
CV Link, the Coachella Valley Association of Governments' multi-use path, opened in November 2025. CVAG lists three open segments, including a West Valley section of about 19.6 miles from the Palm Springs Visitor Center to Cathedral City, with a 20 mph speed limit (CVAG: CV Link). Beyond the path, valley roads are flat and fast, and the mountain highways out of the valley are long climbs.
Desert heat is the big factor: summer riding means very early starts, and heat is hard on tires, sealant and batteries. Dust gets into drivetrains, so clean and lube more often.
