Laguna Woods is one of Orange County's smallest cities, and plenty of its residents still ride. We're a Santa Ana shop about 14.6 miles by road from City Hall, serving Laguna Woods riders with repair, fits and honest advice.
Laguna Woods was incorporated in 1999 and had 17,644 residents in the 2020 Census, with a median age of about 75, according to the City of Laguna Woods. Most residents live in Laguna Woods Village, an age-restricted community for active adults. For many riders here, cycling means steady miles on quiet streets and paths rather than racing, often on a bike that has been ridden for years.
We're a single shop, in Santa Ana. We don't have a location in Laguna Woods, but the drive is straightforward, and the bike gets the same bench and the same care as every other bike we work on.

Laguna Woods riders mostly bring us bikes that need to feel safe and easy again: brakes that stop smoothly, tires that hold air, gears that shift without fuss and a saddle and handlebar position that's comfortable. The Veloaded Essential Service covers most of that, and a professional bike fit can make a real difference if riding has become uncomfortable. We work on bikes of any brand, wherever you bought them.
If driving the bike to Santa Ana isn't convenient, call first. We can talk through what the bike needs on the phone, and we accept bikes, frames and wheels shipped to the shop. Call (714) 760-4908 or email [email protected] first to arrange it and get a service ticket, then ship to 3420 W MacArthur Blvd Suite B, Santa Ana, CA 92704, and ask us about return shipping details. The Laguna Hills and Lake Forest repair pages also cover the drive from this part of south county.
Comfort matters. If your back, neck, hands or knees hurt on rides, it is often position rather than age. Ed does full professional bike fits at the shop, and small changes to saddle height, reach and handlebar position can make a familiar bike far more comfortable. Call before you bring in anything unusual. We work on road, triathlon, gravel and mountain bikes of any brand, and we'll tell you honestly on the phone whether your bike is something we can help with, so you don't make the drive for nothing.
