The Scope range

• Artech series. Scope's top tier, in Artech 2, 4 and 6 depths.
• R-Series. Race wheels in two depths: the R4 (45 mm) and R6 (65 mm).
• S-Series. The Sport range, in S3, S4 and S5 depths.

As a rule of thumb across all three series, the number tracks rim depth: lower numbers are shallower and suit climbing and windy days; higher numbers are deeper and suit flat, fast roads.

Choosing a Scope wheelset

Start with where you ride. If your regular loop includes Santiago Canyon, Turtle Rock or Ortega Highway, a shallower rim is easier to live with. If it's the coast or the river trails, a deeper rim makes more sense, though Santa Ana winds can make deep front wheels a handful. Then pick the series that fits your budget and goals. We'll confirm hub, rotor and freehub compatibility for your bike before ordering.

Setup and service
