Why Fountain Valley riders book a fit

Fountain Valley is right across the Santa Ana River from the shop. Talbert Ave turns into MacArthur Blvd at the river, so for many riders here the fit is a short trip, or a short ride in on the river trail. Mile Square Regional Park is the local spot for laps, and the river trail is the way to the beach or inland.

Being this close makes a fit easy to build on: come in for the fit, ride your usual loops for a week or two, and come back if a small change is needed. It also makes it simple to pair the fit with a tune-up or new tires on the same visit.

Getting to the shop from Fountain Valley

Veloaded Cyclery is one shop, in Santa Ana at 3420 W MacArthur Blvd Suite B, Santa Ana, CA 92704: about 2.7 road miles from Fountain Valley City Hall, roughly 10–20 min off-peak (approximate, from OpenStreetMap routing; rush-hour traffic on the 405, 5 and 55 can add a lot).

From City Hall (10200 Slater Ave), go east on Slater, south on Euclid St, then east on Talbert Ave. Cross the river, where Talbert becomes MacArthur Blvd, and the shop is just under a mile ahead, between Harbor Blvd and Fairview St, in Suite B. On the bike, the Santa Ana River Trail runs along the city's east edge: leave it at the Talbert/MacArthur crossing and head east.

2. Tell us about your riding, any discomfort, and any goal such as an event or a new bike.
3. Bring your bike, cycling shoes and pedals, and the kit you usually ride in.
